An Opportunity to Give Back

There are always opportunities in our community to share your knowledge, experience, and talents. Currently, there are openings on each committee in our Association that need volunteers; we need you! Social, Architectural Control, Welcome…it’s easy to find a committee you can have fun with.

Normally, you don’t have to spend a lot of your time serving on these committees. Plus, it’s a great way to meet your neighbors and fellow homeowners. It’s also a terrific way of offering direct input in to how the Association spends money, which ultimately attracts new homeowners and keeps all our property values high.

Not ready to commit yet? Start small. Come and see how much fun you can have and how great you feel after we’re done. We have a number of projects that can easily fit your expertise. Keep checking our website for more information on these work parties.

Presidio Village HOA has made it simple to pay your annual homeowners dues. Go to the Property Management Group payment portal that has been made available to homeowners to pay their dues. As a first time user, you will need to complete a quick and simple registration first.

Crime Prevention

The following tips help prevent and discourage burglary.

Lock all doors and windows: Invest in good locks. Deadbolt locks with long bolts that terminate in a good, solid door frame makes breaking down a door a chore. Also invest in good, solid core doors.

Keep shrubs trimmed back: If windows are visible, it is easier for neighbors or police to spot a broken window. Consider “thorny” shrubs, as they can be deterrents, as it can be painful to access windows over them.
