October 2025 Yard of the Month

Congratulations to our October Yard of the Month winner!!!

The Board of Directors of PV is pleased to announce the October “Yard of the Month” winner!

As a reminder:

Award winners will be those who demonstrate superior effort in maintaining their property and who, as a result, positively contribute to the overall appearance of Presidio Village.

The winner will receive recognition in the form of:
• Yard of the Month lawn sign
• A $100 Home Depot gift card

The HOA Board will nominate and vote at the end of the previous month for the next month’s winner. A home can only be chosen once a year and Board members are excluded.

Yard of the Month candidates for landscaping are judged solely on the exterior appearance of their property as viewed from the street.

Also, there is a Presidio Village Facebook group page for our residents. It is called “Presidio Village Residents”.

An ACC Request is required if you are making ANY type of modification, change, repair, replacement, removal, addition to your property or the exterior of your home.

The governing documents of this community state that you must have written approval from the ACC Committee prior to doing any of this work.

Pay Your Dues Online

Presidio Village HOA has made it simple to pay your annual homeowners dues. Go to the Property Management Group payment portal that has been made available to homeowners to pay their dues. As a first time user, you will need to complete a quick and simple registration first.

Crime Prevention

The following tips help prevent and discourage burglary.

Lock all doors and windows: Invest in good locks. Deadbolt locks with long bolts that terminate in a good, solid door frame makes breaking down a door a chore. Also invest in good, solid core doors.

Keep shrubs trimmed back: If windows are visible, it is easier for neighbors or police to spot a broken window. Consider “thorny” shrubs, as they can be deterrents, as it can be painful to access windows over them.
