New HOA Website and Management Update

As of July 1, 2025 your HOA management team transitioned from Spectrum to Property Management Group.

We have set up a new interactive website you can visit and register today. Please visit: https://presidiovillagehoa.com/homepage.aspx

Attached are instructions on how to register. Please note, you do not need to enter an account number to get set up. We will be sending your new account numbers over to you individually via email.

**Please ensure the property address you enter in the registration form is the address of the property you own in Presidio Village.

Our office continues to work through the information we have recently received and will be uploading your account specific detail in the coming days!

Please be on the lookout for a separate email from your property manager.

If you were previously on a payment plan, you will need to set up a new payment plan. We will be sending out the how to set up a payment pan with your account details as quickly as the information is made available.
